Goalkeeper Ryan Dean had a magnificent game in goal. In one Abbeymead attack the ball was volleyed at Ryan just above his head, he leapt into the air and push the ball over the bar, all his team mates surrounded him to pat him on the back. Josh Preston went close to scoring twice with two fierce shots,

One eliminating the keeper from the game where it bent his hands backwards. In the second half Ashleworth took control of the game for long periods. Ashley Davis played well in midfield and Jake Michaels worked hard chasing back to break down any threat from midfield.

With 10 minutes remaining Harry Benfield made a good tackle in midfield

And Ashley Davis picked up the loose ball on the left, he crossed it into the penalty area and Josh Preston pounced on it to fire home form 6 yards.

The Game could have gone either way in the last 9 minutes but with just one minute left Abbeymead counter attacked and their centre forward took the ball past Ryan Dean in goal and was just about to stroke it in when Rhys Hughes threw himself across the defender to make a game saving tackle.

Chayse Parslow made many good runs down the right hand side and tackled back well.

Game 2 Abbeymead 0 v 3 Ashleworth

Ashleworth started well and after 7 minutes Jack Edgington shot strongly from 10 yards and the keeper could not hold onto it and the ball went through his legs to make it 1-0. Conner Parslow and Jack Dean dominated in

Defence and never looked like being beat. Hannah Richards played well in Midfield and her strong running and tackling made her a handful for the Abbeymead defence. Harry Benfield soon made it 2-0 after good work by Rory Green down the right.

In the second half Ashleworth added another through Jack Edgington and
